Position: Full-Time Front Desk Agent Ensuring Guest Satisfaction

Serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing top-notch reception services from check-in to check-out. Full-time availability is essential, including evenings and holidays.

In this Front Desk Agent position, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and addressing guest queries efficiently. You'll ensure a streamlined reception experience and maintain communication with the Duty Manager regarding guest feedback. Use your strong understanding of hotel services to enhance guest experiences and maximize room occupancy.
