Senior Network and Systems Administrator

Lead systems management and network operations as a Senior Administrator. Oversee cloud infrastructure, tackle complex technical issues, and ensure adherence to service level agreements. As a key player reporting to the IT Director, you'll handle the management of cloud and physical infrastructure while ensuring high availability.

This position requires quick responsiveness to issues, meticulous documentation, and proactive improvements to cloud technologies. Strengthen collaboration with IT staff and users, thereby enhancing overall support processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cloud environments and network stability
• Ensure compliance with established SLAs
• Assist in resolving user support challenges
• Document configurations and security processes
• Implement improvement projects for cloud infrastructure Requirements:
• 8-10 years of network administration experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science required
• AZ-900 certification is mandatory
• Experience with hybrid cloud technologies
• Fluent in English and French Drive system advancements, enhance support responsiveness, and streamline cloud operations in a full-time role with significant impact.
