Role Description The Enrollment & Growth Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. This position is responsible for driving enrollment in courses and programs, managing the end-to-end enrollment process, and maintaining strong relationships with dental practices and professionals. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, guiding prospective participants through program options, coordinating marketing and outreach activities, and monitoring enrollment pipelines. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing reports on growth initiatives, collaborating with faculty and operations teams to plan and execute enrollment campaigns, and ensuring a smooth experience for participants from initial contact through course completion.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience working with Analytics to track enrollment, measure campaign performance, and identify growth opportunities.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to build professional relationships with dental teams and partners.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including consultative selling, lead follow-up, and closing enrollments in a professional, service-oriented manner.
• Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities to coordinate enrollment initiatives, manage timelines, and collaborate across marketing, operations, and faculty.
• Relevant experience in education, professional training, or healthcare/dental environments is beneficial.
• Comfort using CRM systems or enrollment management tools, as well as standard office and communication software, is preferred.
• Post-secondary education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in the Greater Toronto Area and occasionally support events or seminars as needed.
• Ability to travel internationally to support the faculty in implementation of international courses.
