Key Responsibilities Social Media Optimization - Create and publish social media content

• Track performance and optimize campaigns
• Plan and execute growth strategies
• Align social media with SEO and marketing efforts
• Contribute to overall marketing growth planning Performance & Accountability - Ensure team alignment with assigned tasks
• Follow up on deliverables and timelines
• Flag underperformance and risks
• Drive ownership and accountability culture Skill Requirements - 5-7 years of relevant experience with proven results
• Strong project management & coordination skills
• Experience in recruitment and team handling
• Hands-on social media management & analytics
• Understanding of SEO + marketing integration
• Strong communication & ownership mindset
• Social media/marketing certifications (preferred) Project Administration - Manage end-to-end project coordination
• Allocate resources across teams
• Monitor daily activities and execution progress
• Coordinate between teams and ensure smooth communication
• Attend client meetings and provide project updates
• Prepare and share MOM (Minutes of Meeting) Recruitment & Hiring - Source and screen candidates (technical & non-technical roles)
• Conduct first-round interviews (skills, communication, attitude)
• Shortlist high-quality candidates for final rounds
• Maintain structured hiring pipelines Team Monitoring & Execution Control - Attend internal team meetings (dev, sales, marketing)
• Track tasks, deadlines, and actual progress
• Identify delays, inefficiencies, and gaps
