About HP

At HP, we are redefining the future of work through technology that is more human, intuitive, and connected. We put customers at the center of everything we do—designing solutions that seamlessly integrate hardware, software, and services to create meaningful, endtoend experiences. In Home Print, our mission is to deliver simple, intelligent, and delightful printing experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, and long-term value.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Core Solutions & Experiences will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of HP’s core print software solutions and customer experience across the Home Print portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of product management, customer experience, and cross-functional delivery—driving an integrated, endtoend experience from setup through everyday use.

This leader will be responsible for defining the customer journey, aligning hardware and software roadmaps, and ensuring delivery of seamless, high-quality experiences that improve customer satisfaction, engagement, and product value.

Key Responsibilities

Own End-to-End Customer Experience Strategy

  • Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core print experiences including setup, onboarding, connectivity, printing, and app interactions

  • Deliver a cohesive “Now / Next / Future” experience strategy grounded in customer insights and data

  • Establish and evolve a North Star experience for Home Print that accelerates time-to-value and drives customer advocacy

Lead Core Solutions Product Management

  • Own product requirements and prioritization for core solutions (e.g., setup & onboarding, connectivity, drivers, app experience, and intelligent solutions)

  • Translate customer, market, and regional insights into clear product requirements and differentiated experiences

  • Drive alignment with TIO and engineering teams on priorities, scope, and execution outcomes

Drive Cross-Portfolio Alignment

  • Integrate hardware, software, and services into a unified customer strategy and roadmap across the Home Print portfolio

  • Ensure consistency and quality of experience across platforms (Windows, mobile, app ecosystem) and regions

  • Partner with portfolio, innovation, and regional teams to ensure alignment on roadmap, timing, and value delivery

Operational Excellence & Delivery Model

  • Establish clear operating models, roles, and responsibilities across product, program management, and design to improve execution clarity and velocity

  • Lead prioritization frameworks and backlog governance focused on high-impact “big rocks” and customer outcomes

  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, reducing complexity and increasing speed to market

Customer Insights & Experience Outcomes

  • Build and scale a continuous customer insight engine to inform roadmap decisions

  • Drive key experience metrics including CSAT, NPS, and product ratings through improved design and execution

  • Champion a customer-first culture across teams, ensuring decisions are grounded in real user needs and behaviors

People Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers and experience leaders across multiple domains

  • Foster a collaborative, cross-functional culture grounded in accountability, clarity, and customer obsession

  • Build organizational capability in product management, customer experience, and agile execution

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, customer experience, or related roles, with leadership responsibility

  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across hardware, software, and services

  • Strong customer-first mindset with experience leveraging insights and data to drive product strategy

  • Demonstrated success in defining product roadmaps and delivering high-quality customer experiences

  • Experience working across global teams and influencing without direct authority
