Purpose
This Project Manager will serve as a high-impact intermediate-level professional supporting strategic initiatives, cross-functional project leadership, and sales execution activities within the Commercial Organization. Scope, Complexity & Independence
- Independently manages assigned projects, strategic initiatives, and workstreams with limited day-to-day supervision.

- Support planning, execution, and delivery of strategic and cross-functional initiatives.
- Coordinate activities, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action plans across multiple projects.
- Facilitate project meetings and governance processes while ensuring follow-through on commitments.
- Partner with stakeholders to maintain alignment on priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Operations, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Typically 2–5 years of experience in project management, program management, strategy execution, consulting, sales operations, business operations, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated success coordinating cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment in prioritizing work and resolving issues.
- Strong intellectual curiosity, organizational skills, communication skills, analytical thinking, ownership, adaptability, and growth mindset.
