Job description
This position is 7 on and 7 off. Camp is provided as well as flights out of Edmonton or Calgary. With the hours being 6am to 6pm.
The coordinator position is designed to develop the candidate’s knowledge of the equipment rental industry. In this role, you will be able to answer product and service questions, process rental orders, and fulfill our customers’ needs with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve their issues/concerns
- Finalize sales from all inbound inquiries and successful cold calling
- Maximize/generate additional sales revenue through superior customer service on all existing orders
- Schedule delivery and pick up of equipment
- Provide customers with expert advice on the selection, operation and maintenance of all the various types of equipment
- Generate, process, analyze and review the daily business reports
- Support all team members
Requirements
- Must have Equipment Rental Background
- Team player
- Ability to multi-task in an extremely fast paced environment
- Demonstrates initiative and strong organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills while maintaining a professional customer service focused attitude
Conditions of Employment:
- Be able to work 7 days on 7 days off 6am to 6pm
- Must have valid class 5 driver’s license
- A clean and recent driver’s abstract will be required.
- All employment is contingent on successful completion of drug and alcohol screening.
- According to site regulations, all candidates must be clean shaven.
