💼 The Role You’ll Play

As a Sr. Quality Analyst, you will lead quality assurance initiatives and ensure reliable delivery

of CPaaS and AI-based communication solutions through structured testing strategies and

automation-driven practices.

Your role will focus on strengthening testing frameworks, improving release quality, and

collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance overall product reliability.

In addition to the responsibilities listed below, you should be open to taking up related initiatives

that support stronger testing processes, improved efficiency, and consistent quality outcomes

across teams.

🧩 What You’ll Be Driving

🔹 Quality Assurance Leadership

• Lead QA efforts across projects
• Enforce testing standards and best practices
• Ensure high-quality product releases across environments

🔹 Test Planning & Execution

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts
• Ensure comprehensive testing coverage across features and modules
• Support validation across functional workflows and integrations

🔹 Automation & Performance Testing

• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks
• Conduct performance, load, and scalability testing
• Strengthen automation-driven testing coverage

🔹 Bug Tracking & Resolution

• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and TestRail
• Coordinate with development teams for timely issue resolution
• Support validation of fixes across releases

🔹 Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate QA processes
• Improve QA methodologies and testing workflows
• Support implementation of structured testing practices

🔹 Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing

• Guide junior QA engineers on testing practices
• Promote continuous learning across QA teams
• Encourage quality-focused development culture

🧠 Knowledge & Expertise We Value

Technical Capability

• Experience in manual and automated testing environments
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and Playwright
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman
• Familiarity with performance testing tools including JMeter, k6, and Grafana
• Understanding of bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA and TestRail
• Exposure to CPaaS, telecommunications, or AI-based communication platforms (preferred)

Professional Strengths

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lead QA initiatives and mentor team members

🎓 Education & Experience

• 8-12 years of experience in QA engineering with exposure to senior or lead responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
