Manager, Planning

<p>HelloFresh’s newly acquired Ready-to-Eat brand Factor, is looking for a Planning Manager to oversee forecasting, planning and master scheduling responsibilities for the network of manufacturing and fulfillment centers. The Planning team plays a central role in maintaining efficient Operations and delivering for our customers in a high-growth environment. Our Planning Managers are responsible for end-to-end end-to-end production planning for our U.S. distribution centers, including addressing day-to-day operational risk, analytical problem-solving, and driving improvement of key performance indicators. We are looking for leaders with strong analytical and dive-deep skills, as well as excellent communication skills and executive presence, who can partner effectively with other leaders across functions to solve problems and execute high-level network decisions on a daily basis.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong><em>Job Responsibilities</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and manage weekly/monthly production and fulfillment and capacity plans using systems and processes that support the organization’s goals.</li> <li>Track progress to and deviations from the plan, drive problem-solving and root cause analysis.
