Apply your expertise as a Registered Dietitian at Community Healthcaring KW, focusing on diabetes education within a client-centered health framework. Support individuals through nutritional counseling and community health initiatives. In this full-time role, you will work collaboratively within a diverse healthcare team to promote health equity for those with nutritional needs in the Kitchener-Waterloo area.
