Job description
The Social Worker - BSW is accountable for the clinical components of social work programs in AcuteCare. The Social Worker - BSWapplications. The incumbent will ensure the delivery of effective social work services in collaborationwith health providers. Coordination of services for patients/clients at risk will be a key component ofthe role.
