Position: Field Marketing Executive

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra (Field Work)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Marketing Executive who will represent our brand in the market by visiting retailers, wholesalers, pharmacies, supermarkets, distributors, and other business establishments.

The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with customers, promoting products, generating business opportunities, and achieving monthly sales targets through field activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Visits & Product Promotion

• Visit retailers, wholesalers, pharmacies, supermarkets, and other business establishments on a daily basis.
• Promote company products and explain their features and benefits.
• Conduct product demonstrations whenever required.
• Distribute promotional materials and product samples.
• Increase product visibility and brand awareness in the assigned market.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Acquire new customers and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Coordinate with distributors and retailers to improve product availability.
• Explore new markets for business expansion.

Brand Awareness Activities

• Execute local promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights.
• Monitor competitor activities and report market trends.
• Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily visit reports and sales records.
• Update lead tracking sheets and customer databases.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution and follow-ups.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Confidence in meeting new people and presenting products.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Care, Healthcare, Consumer Goods, or Retail Sales.
• MBA degree .
• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license (Preferred).
• Good knowledge of the Nagpur market and surrounding areas.
