This role focuses on enhancing service reliability through effective TSOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. As a consultant, you will utilize strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow TSOM and ITOM.
Your expertise in network operations will be crucial for incident management, anomaly detection, and reporting. Collaborate closely with operational teams to drive efficiencies and ensure customer satisfaction in telecom services. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement TSOM solutions tailored to telecom operations
- Centralize visibility by integrating network and cloud events
- Map network events to affected services and customers
- Accelerate root-cause analysis through AIOps alert correlation
- Automate incident workflows for improved operations Requirements:
- Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow TSOM
- Understanding of ITOM and service mapping
- Telecom network operations expertise including service assurance
- Familiarity with CMDB and data integrations
- Necessary certifications: CSA, CAD, ServiceNow CIS – ITOM Contribute to improved service operations and customer experiences in telecommunications through this consulting role.
