• Implement TSOM solutions tailored to telecom operations
• Centralize visibility by integrating network and cloud events
• Map network events to affected services and customers
• Accelerate root-cause analysis through AIOps alert correlation
• Automate incident workflows for improved operations Requirements:
• Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow TSOM
• Understanding of ITOM and service mapping
• Telecom network operations expertise including service assurance
• Familiarity with CMDB and data integrations
• Necessary certifications: CSA, CAD, ServiceNow CIS – ITOM Contribute to improved service operations and customer experiences in telecommunications through this consulting role.
