Skill Requirements

Essential Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Data Analytics, AWS Glue, and SQL.
• Strong data modeling experience (star schema, third normal form) and hands-on experience with ER Studio or similar tools.
• Proven ability to analyze and map complex data structures in a data warehouse environment.
• Deep understanding of financial domain data entities, particularly in investments and client domains.
• Experience in data quality principles and data governance.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Python and Pandas for data manipulation.
• Background in data warehousing, ETL processes, and tools.
• Familiarity with data catalog tools (e.g., Alation).
• Exposure to data science and machine learning principles.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduate, preferably with a technology-based degree (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field).
