We are hiring Voice Process Executives for backend support processes. This role is strictly for fresh graduates looking to start their corporate career in a non‑voice environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via inbound and outbound calls.
- Perform backend operations and data processing
- Maintain accuracy while updating systems and records
- Follow SOPs and quality guidelines
- Meet productivity and quality targets
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)
- Graduation required
- Eligible degrees only: B.Com, B.A, B.Ed, BBA
- Pass‑out years: 2025 only
- Experience: Freshers only (experienced candidates not eligible)
- Location: Nagpur locals preferred
- Shifts: Flexible (Day & Night shifts)
- Weekly Offs: Rotational
- Transport: Own transport mandatory (no cab facility)
