Job Description
Job Location: Surat, Gujarat (On Site)
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Job Timing: 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
We are looking for a proactive IT Assistant to support our IT operations, provide technical assistance, and handle basic communication tasks. The candidate will also be responsible for managing calls and emails related to IT support and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment
- Troubleshoot system and network problems
- Manage and respond to IT-related calls and emails
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors via phone and email
- Maintain IT inventory and asset records
- Ensure smooth functioning of internet, LAN, and Wi-Fi systems
- Assist in software installation, updates, and system security
- Maintain proper documentation of support requests and resolutions
Skills & Requirement:
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware & networking
- Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and email handling
- Fluent English speaking is Mandatory
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to manage calls and professional email communication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
