We are a Germany-based moving company building a scalable digital platform to manage customer bookings, subcontractors, and operational workflows.

Our goal is to create a high-performance, conversion-optimized marketplace platform that connects customers with drivers and subcontractors while automating internal operations.

Key Priorities (Must-Have Capabilities)

• Architect and build a two-sided marketplace platform from scratch
• Design scalable backend systems with clean database architecture
• Develop customer booking and subcontractor management dashboards
• Implement payment processing and payout logic
• Integrate marketing tracking and lead conversion systems
• Ensure performance, security, and long-term scalability
• Take full technical ownership and leadership

This is a technical leadership role — not a feature-by-feature coding job.

Core ResponsibilitiesPlatform Architecture & Ownership

• Design full system architecture (backend, database, APIs)
• Define scalable, modular structure (Laravel preferred)
• Implement secure role-based authentication (Customer / Driver / Admin)
• Establish development standards and documentation
• Guide to future technical hires

Marketplace Development

• Customer booking flow (quote → booking → payment → tracking)
• Subcontractor/driver dashboard (job acceptance, status updates, proof uploads)
• Admin control panel (pricing, margins, job assignment, reporting)
• Automated job dispatch logic
• Payment gateway integration (Stripe/PayPal)
• Payout logic for subcontractors

Growth & Marketing Integration

• High-converting landing pages
• Lead capture and CRM integration
• Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Pixel implementation
• Performance and SEO optimization
• Data dashboards for business KPIs

Integration & Automation

• SMS / WhatsApp notifications
• Email automation workflows
• API integrations with third-party systems
• Reporting and analytics systems

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional PHP development experience
• Strong expertise in Laravel or modern PHP frameworks
• Proven experience building complex platforms or service marketplaces
• Advanced MySQL/PostgreSQL database design skills
• Strong API architecture and third-party integration experience
• Experience leading technical decisions and system design
• Strong understanding of performance, security, and scalability
• Experience working with marketing-driven product environment
