About the Role

Auspian Technologies is looking for a Web Developer (WordPress) who can build clean, responsive, and professional websites for real business clients.

We are looking for someone with strong frontend skills, hands-on WordPress experience, and the ability to confidently convert Figma designs into responsive live websites using Elementor, Gutenberg, or custom coding where required.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development

• Convert Figma designs into responsive WordPress websites
• Build websites using Elementor, Gutenberg, or custom frontend development
• Create and manage WordPress child themes
• Configure plugins and website features
• Build landing pages, business websites, and enquiry systems

Frontend Development

• Write clean HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Ensure mobile responsiveness across devices
• Maintain layout accuracy and UI consistency
• Ensure browser compatibility

Maintenance & Optimization

• Update and maintain websites
• Improve website speed and PageSpeed performance
• Handle backups, plugin updates, and routine maintenance
• Fix frontend issues when required

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with designers and internal team
• Understand project requirements clearly
• Deliver tasks on time
• Maintain professional communication

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Good hands-on experience with WordPress
• Familiarity with Elementor and Gutenberg
• Strong understanding of converting Figma designs into websites
• Good responsive design skills
• Basic PHP knowledge helpful for customization
• Problem-solving mindset

• Shopify experience
• SEO basics
• Canva familiarity

• Landing page experience

Working Hours

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Candidates must remain available during working hours for coordination and task execution. Stable internet connection and professional communication are mandatory.

Office working hours and attendance may be monitored through work tracking software.

• Kolhapur candidates preferred, but not mandatory
