Role Overview: You will be responsible for applying your knowledge of the company's business systems, processes, and controls to perform complex accounting activities. This includes preparing journal vouchers, analyzing financial results, resolving accounting issues, and participating in multi-functional teams. Additionally, you will demonstrate proficiency in general accounting, internal controls, financial analysis, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely resolution of queries from business/operations - Keep process documentation up to date - Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization - Support ad hoc projects/tasks as assigned - Analyze and post accruals, re-class, and intercompany journals - Assist in the cost allocation process - Provide internal and external audit support - Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations Qualification Required: - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in accounting related roles - Undergraduate degree in accounting, business, or related field - Knowledge of US GAAP or country-specific accounting principles - Experience with SAP - Good communication skills, both written and oral - Proficiency in Excel - Strong stakeholder management skills - Attention to detail and accuracy Role Overview: You will be responsible for applying your knowledge of the company's business systems, processes, and controls to perform complex accounting activities.
