Therapies: Body massage, head massage, body polish, aromatherapy, skin treatments
Client Consultation: Understand skin/hair concerns, recommend suitable treatments & products
Hygiene & Safety: Maintain spa hygiene, sterilize equipment, follow salon SOPs
Sales: Suggest retail products, memberships, packages to achieve targets
Customer Experience: Ensure premium service, client comfort, repeat appointments
Requirements
Experience: 2+ years in unisex salon/luxury spa/beauty clinic
Skills: Certified in beauty therapy, spa massage techniques, product knowledge
Certification: Diploma in Cosmetology/Beauty Therapy from VLCC, Lakm, Orane preferred
Soft Skills: Well-groomed, polite communication, Telugu/Hindi/English fluency
