- We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Associate to join our team and help us expand our presence across gyms and fitness centers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Connect with gym owners, fitness studios, and health clubs to introduce GymFied's solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, field visits, referrals, and digital channels.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain GymFied's features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Assist clients during onboarding and initial setup.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate market insights to the product team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in the CRM.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is an advantage.
