Become a key player in customer engagement at Guidewire as a Communications Specialist. Drive impactful communication strategies to enhance customer readiness and satisfaction using Guidewire Cloud.
Reporting to the Customer Impact Communication Manager, you will support the organization in communicating vital information to customers. Your expertise in triaging communication needs and impact assessments will ensure that critical changes are effectively conveyed. You will also collaborate with various teams to enhance customer experiences with Guidewire's services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Refine customer impact communications tools and metrics
- Support communication intake and assessment processes
- Partner in delivering confidential security updates
- Provide final reviews for customer messaging contents
- Track customer acknowledgment for critical communications
Requirements
- 3–5 years in communications or technical writing
- Strong presentation and adaptability skills
- Proven experience balancing intake requests
- Ability to influence cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with report generation and analytics tools
