Job Description

Role Title: Analyst Customer Ordering

Function: Customer Order & Creation Management (COCM)

Industry Experience: Telecom industry experience is mandatory

Sales Exposure: Candidate must have handled B2B / B2C Sales

Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills

Market: International / Global Market exposure

Shift: 24x7

Work Model: 5 days WFO with 2 rotational week-offs

Education: Graduates only

Location: Navi Mumbai

Role Summary The Analyst Customer Ordering supports the end to end intake, validation, and registration of customer approved orders. This role ensures accuracy of data in ordering systems,

performs prechecks for delivery readiness, and collaborates with Quote Owners, Sales, and Delivery teams to maintain a clean and compliant order pipeline. Ideal for fresh graduates or early career professionals entering telecom operations.

Key Responsibilities

Order Intake & Data Validation

  • Receive customer approved quotes, commercial proposals, and contractual documents from Quote Owners (QOs) and Sales
  • Review submitted artifacts for completeness, correctness, and internal compliance
  • Validate service details (bandwidth, access type, CPE requirements, addresses, product codes)

System Registration & Data Entry

  • Create customer orders in systems such as QTB, SRT, Salesforce, SAP
  • Enter all mandatory service, commercial, and billing metadata accurately
  • Ensure alignment between quote, contract, and order details

Quality & Compliance Checks

  • Perform basic audit checks on order data
  • Flag missing documents, legal gaps, or pricing discrepancies
  • Maintain adherence to Q2B governance and operational SLAs

Coordination & Support

  • Work with Sales, QOs, Project Delivery, and Billing teams for clarifications
  • Follow up on incomplete customer documentation
  • Maintain trackers for order intake, validations, and exceptions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in dataentry tasks
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn telecom processes
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP tools is an advantage
