Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for finance positions.
• Handle Finance & Leadership hiring.
• Recruit for Tax, Audit, CA, and CS profiles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and manage the complete recruitment cycle.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in Finance hiring (Tax, Audit, CA, CS roles).
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working on a 6-month contract role.
