Job description

What Impact You'll Have:

We are seeking a Mid-Level Policy Analyst to support strategic planning, policy operations, governance, and process improvement initiatives supporting Intelligence Community mission operations.

What You'll Be Owning:

Research and analyze operational data and policy requirements.
Support development of reports, strategic recommendations, and executive briefings.
Coordinate project schedules, stakeholder engagements, and action tracking.
Support policy review, compliance activities, and governance initiatives.
Assist with business process improvement and operational modernization efforts.

What You Must Have:

Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph.
7+ years of experience in policy analysis, business operations, program management, or related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.

What Would Be Nice to Have:

Experience supporting IC or DoD mission operations.
Experience supporting governance or continuity initiatives.
Experience with process improvement methodologies.
