- Discuss standard agreements of the Company with service providers and provide clarifications where necessary.
- Liaison with all internal departments and legal counsels of service providers (domestic and overseas) to enable timely execution of agreements.
- Update and maintain contract database on a regular basis and provide copies to internal agencies as per their requirements.
- Legal research on various legal issues.
