GrowQR is seeking a professional, organized, and welcoming Front Desk Executive to join our team in Noida . As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and ensuring smooth daily operations. Role Overview
Position: Front Desk Executive / Receptionist
Location: Noida (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–3 years in front office or guest relations
Key Responsibilities 1. Guest & Visitor Management
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, professional attitude.
Maintain the visitor logbook and issue security passes where necessary.
Direct guests to the appropriate person or department.
2. Communication & Coordination
Manage the central switchboard: answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
Handle general inquiries via phone and email promptly.
Coordinate outgoing and incoming couriers, mail, and deliveries.
3. Office Administration
Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary brochures or stationery.
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing conference room bookings.
Provide administrative support to the HR and Operations teams as needed (e.g., data entry, document filing).
4. Facility Supervision
Monitor office supplies and place orders when inventory is low.
Coordinate with facility staff (housekeeping, security) to maintain office decorum and cleanliness.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi .
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
Attributes: * Polished and professional appearance.
