Job Description

Join as a Retail Facilities Service Desk Coordinator, where you will facilitate efficient operations and support maintenance across store locations. Your customer service expertise will be key in processing and troubleshooting service requests. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager and provide vital support for daily maintenance operations. Your skills in facilities management will aid in communicating effectively with stores, tracking work orders, and collaborating with vendors to resolve issues promptly. By improving maintenance processes, you will contribute to a successful omni-channel transition for the brand. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary contact for maintenance assistance
  • Coordinate service requests on various systems
  • Document and analyze work orders for efficiency
  • Facilitate purchase orders and invoice reconciliation
  • Assist with emergency calls and internal projects Requirements:
  • 2+ years in customer service or facilities management
  • DEC or relevant certification in engineering is a plus
  • Bilingual; must communicate in French and English
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
