We are looking for a strategically minded, highly motivated Financial Analyst who will be able to provide reliable and timely information and analysis to business leaders to guide them in the decision-making process. This role supports the Marketing and Digital teams across our retail banners and channels. Work cross-functionally with the Marketing and Digital teams to build budgets and monthly forecasts, analyze and interpret results, and drive profitability;

Continuously monitor results, provide insights into variances, challenge business partners, and ensure that forecasts reflect the most up-to-date data to drive the business;

Participate in process and tool improvement to increase quality, and reliability and reduce report preparation time;

Prepare analysis and business cases using financial and non-financial data;

Prepare and present insights based on analysis, key metrics trends and quantified risks and opportunities;

Develop a deep understanding of major performance drivers and KPIs to support the business with regular reporting;

Focus on financial modelling, analysis, interpretations and recommendations that support management decision-making;

Perform other ad hoc duties and analyses as assigned.

Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance (a relevant professional designation, such as CPA or CFA) is a plus);

Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial planning and analysis (FP&A) role in a fast-paced environment;

Ability to exercise sound judgment in interpreting the company's policies and objectives;

Proficiency in MS Excel;

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for daily communication with suppliers, employees, and stakeholders, both within and outside of Quebec.
