Retail Store Analyst Focused on Performance Metrics and Optimization

• Analyze and update RFID and labor performance data
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements
• Visit stores to evaluate daily operations
• Develop reports that highlight challenges and insights
• Work with IT for reporting automation Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in retail management
• Preferred qualifications include a relevant degree
• Proficient in operational scheduling and management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
