We’re Hiring: Family Office Assistant Manager for Multi Family Offices
Grofital Consulting is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who can manage financial records, reconciliations, reporting, and day-to-day accounting activities with accuracy and confidentiality of multiple Family offices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day family office financial operations and records.
- Track and review investments across various financial products such as mutual funds, shares, bonds, fixed deposits, PMS, AIFs, insurance, and other instruments.
- Monitor capital gains, investment income, and related tax implications.
- Coordinate with CAs, tax advisors, wealth managers, bankers, and legal consultants.
- Prepare investment summaries, portfolio reports, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain proper documentation for investments, tax filings, compliance, and payments.
- Support in budgeting, expense tracking, reconciliations, and financial planning.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling personal and family financial matters.
- Assist in tax planning, capital gain working, and compliance-related activities.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of financial products and investment instruments.
- Knowledge of capital gains, taxation, TDS, and basic compliance.
- Good accounting and reconciliation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, financial reporting, and documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple external advisors and service providers.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
The candidate should have prior experience in investment accounting, family office management, taxation, or personal finance management. Experience working with HNIs, family offices, CA firms, or investment management teams will be preferred.
