Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative (Real Estate) to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you’ll work primarily from the office to identify prospective clients, build relationships, and present financing solutions. This is an ideal position for sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy converting warm leads into long-term business relationships. No prior experience in commercial lending is required—if you have a proven sales background and the drive to succeed, comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with warm leads to identify and qualify prospective clients.
- Educate real estate investors, builders, and developers on financing solutions and position the company’s products to meet their needs.
- Nurture and grow relationships with prospects and existing clients through consistent, professional communication.
- Track activities and maintain a pipeline of opportunities within the company’s CRM.
- Work closely with the underwriting and processing teams to ensure a seamless client experience from application to funding.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales activity metrics and revenue goals.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, call center, or a sales role with heavy client interaction.
- Strong phone presence and ability to handle outbound calls with energy and persistence.
- Interest in real estate, finance, or lending is a plus.
- Proven ability to hit and exceed sales goals in a production-based environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Highly self-motivated, competitive, and resilient.

- $50,000 - $60,000 base + commission ($100k OTE in year one)
