Job Description
A major investment management firm is looking for a Commodities Trader to join its Global Trading Strategies team, with a focus on commodities. This is a hands‑on role driving execution, strategy, and market engagement across commodities, while supporting broader macro trading across rates, FX, and volatility.
What You’ll Do
Execute trades across commodities and macro asset classes with a strong focus on liquidity, risk, and market impact Partner closely with PMs and researchers to inform execution and market strategy Monitor positioning, flows, and macro drivers to optimize trade timing Contribute to improving trading tools, pricing, and analytics
What We’re Looking For
2–6 years of macro trading or trading support experience (commodities, rates, or vol) Strong understanding of market structure, liquidity, and execution across futures and OTC markets Sharp risk judgment and commercial instincts Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset
