Job Description
A growing public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Audit Partner to join a collaborative, relationship-driven team. This opportunity is designed for someone who enjoys leading people, strengthening client relationships, mentoring teams, and helping shape the long-term growth and direction of a firm.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee audit engagements from planning through completion
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Mentor, develop, and lead audit staff and managers
- Review engagement quality, technical compliance, and risk management
- Participate in firm leadership initiatives and strategic planning
- Support business development and growth efforts
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiencies
Preferred Background
- Active CPA required
- 7+ years of public accounting experience
- Significant audit leadership experience
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Background working with privately held companies preferred
- Experience across industries such as construction, manufacturing, real estate, nonprofit, professional services, or related sectors preferred
- Leadership mindset with long-term growth interest
