Job Title: Amazon PPC Specialist (Performance Marketing)
Role Overview
We are hiring an Amazon PPC Specialist who can manage and scale advertising campaigns with a strong focus on revenue growth, TACOS improvement, and profitability.
This role is strictly for candidates with hands-on Amazon Ads experience.
Do NOT apply if your experience is mainly in listing, cataloging, or operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
Create and manage campaigns across:
Sponsored Products
Sponsored Brands
Sponsored Display
Build structured campaigns using:
Auto + Manual (Broad, Phrase, Exact)
ASIN targeting
Maintain clean campaign architecture (no duplication or clutter)
2. Keyword Research & Scaling
Identify winning keywords using:
Search Term Reports
Competitor analysis
Amazon autosuggest
Scale high-performing keywords
Expand keyword coverage strategically
3. Bid Optimization & Budget Control
Optimize bids based on:
ACOS / TACOS
ROAS
Conversion rate
Use placement adjustments effectively
Allocate budgets to maximize profitability
4. Search Term Mining & Waste Reduction
Analyze search term reports regularly
Move converting terms to Exact campaigns
Add negative keywords to reduce wasted spend
5. Performance Tracking
You will be responsible for improving:
ACOS
TACOS
ROAS
CTR
Conversion Rate
CPC
Core focus: TACOS ↓ + Sales ↑
6. Product Launch & Ranking Strategy
Plan PPC strategy for new product launches
Use ads to improve keyword ranking and visibility
Work with listing/pricing teams for better conversion
7. Competitor Analysis
Track competitor ads, keywords, and pricing
Identify opportunities and gaps
Required Experience & Skills
2+ years hands-on Amazon PPC experience
Must have managed ₹5L+ monthly ad spend
Strong understanding of:
Keyword targeting
Bidding strategies
Funnel (Impression → Click → Conversion)
Experience with Seller Central Advertising Dashboard
Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Salary & Details
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
