Network and Systems Engineer

Salary: $83,000 - 83,000 per year

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 0 - 2 years of experience in IT engineering
• Ability to maintain a Public Trust clearance

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal availability and quality of wireless network services
• Participate in daily stand-ups and use kanban methodology to manage incidents and problems within set SLAs
• Assist senior engineers with shift lead responsibilities, ensuring efficient management of escalated issues
• Contribute to proactive tasks such as network monitoring, analysis, maintenance, patching, and documentation
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvements in communication, customer engagement, tools, technology, and equipment
