Job Description
EXPERIENCE- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with AWS services.
REQUIREMENTS
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC)
- Monitor server health, performance, and troubleshoot production issues
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Jenkins)
- Handle database backups, restoration, and performance tuning (PostgreSQL)
- Execute basic SQL queries for maintenance and operational tasks
- Configure and manage NGINX / web servers
- Automate routine tasks using shell scripting or Python
- Manage SSL certificates, domain configurations, and DNS
- Ensure security best practices (firewall rules, IAM policies, patching)
- Work closely with developers for deployment and release management
- Maintain logs, monitoring, and alerting systems
- Assist in infrastructure cost optimization and resource planning.
SKILLS
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, ALB).
- Good knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu/Amazon Linux) administration
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions / Jenkins)
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (backup, restore, performance basics)
- Ability to write and execute basic SQL queries for troubleshooting and maintenance
- Experience with NGINX / Apache web servers
- Basic scripting skills (Bash / Python)
- Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, VPC, Security Groups, Load Balancing)
Certifications (Preferred)
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong preference for candidates with AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect / Developer / SysOps)
- Multi-cloud knowledge or certifications are a plus
- DevOps / Kubernetes certifications are an added advantage.
