About the Role

We're looking for a

remote Influencer Ads Specialist

to own the performance of creator-led paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok.

You'll be the bridge between influencer marketing and performance β€” taking creator content and UGC and turning it into high-performing paid ads. Campaigns run through the creator's channel using a unique ad code, but the billing, targeting, and optimization are all yours.

This role exists because our influencer work is scaling and we need a dedicated specialist to maximize performance from creator content. You'll start with four client accounts ($2,000–$20,000/month USD), with more coming on. This is not a client-facing position β€” your primary collaborators are internal, working closely with the

Influencer

and

UGC Teams

via a shared campaign tracker.

Our IDEAL CANDIDATE brings 4–5 years of hands-on experience in paid social, with equal strength on both Meta and TikTok. You know your way around a campaign build, a whitelisting setup, and a performance dashboard β€” and you move fast without being asked.

But what sets you apart is that you genuinely care about the creative. You have opinions about why a hook falls flat in the first three seconds, you can tell the difference between content that converts and content that just looks good, and you bring that instinct into every brief and brainstorm. You treat client budgets like your own, manage up proactively, and are wired to chase better performance every month β€” not just maintain it.

Performance Metrics:

Your performance will be measured by ROAS, CPA/CAC, conversion volume, and the speed and impact of your optimizations on creator-led campaigns.

  • Whitelisting & Permissions:

Setting up and managing creator permissions for Partnership/Branded Content ads on Meta, TikTok, and occasionally Pinterest; confirming contracts include correct whitelisting clauses, usage windows, and spend caps with the
