We are scaling at an incredible pace and are just getting started. This individual will shape how we attract, select, and retain top clinical talent in a high-volume space. <strong>This role is located in our Downtown Chicago office 4 days per week.</strong> </span></p>

<li>You have proven analytical and problem-solving skills; moreover, you analyze data, identify trends, and subsequently develop them into recommendations for strategic action. </li>
<li>Your approach to recruiting is anchored in exceptional customer service practices, including attention to producing quality results while building positive relationships. </li>
<li>You thrive on organization, are detail-oriented by nature, and love to make someone’s day by delivering outstanding candidate and stakeholder care.</li>
<li>You love balancing a high-volume requisition load with meaningful candidate engagement. </li>
