Become the first point of contact for members as a Front Desk Fitness Service Associate. Your role is crucial in providing an outstanding environment that motivates members.

This role focuses on creating an engaging and approachable experience for all club attendees. You will handle member check-ins, respond to inquiries about fitness equipment, and promote memberships and services. Your ability to build rapport and address member needs will enhance their overall experience at the club, fostering a community atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check in members and greet new arrivals
  • Answer phone calls and manage appointment bookings
  • Provide support on fitness equipment and membership details
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the front desk
  • Conduct Fit-Fix sessions for newcomers

Requirements

  • Customer service experience in a fitness setting
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with fitness services and technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Smart Tan certification required within 3 months
