Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing a team to achieve business objectives.
- Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify new B2B clients and benchmark market trends to ensure competitive deals and offers.
- Prospecting & Pitching: Propose company services to potential clients and secure appointments for product and service presentations.
- Deal Closure: Guide clients through the final stages of the sales cycle, offer necessary assistance, and successfully close the deal.
- Account Management & Retention: Provide dedicated handholding and relationship management to ensure key account retention and long-term partnership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate / Post Graduate from Recognized insititution.
- Leadership and team management skills
