This role is embedded within the company’s legal and compliance function, supporting business operations by managing risk, ensuring regulatory alignment, and strengthening contractual frameworks.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external advisors, translating legal requirements into practical business actions — enabling informed decision-making while protecting the organization’s interests across all engagements.

What you’ll work on

Corporate Legal Advisory

Provide legal guidance across business functions to support strategic and operational decisions

Contract Management

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including vendor, client, and partnership agreements

Compliance & Regulatory

Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies across operations

Risk Management

Identify legal risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard business interests

Litigation & Dispute Handling

Manage disputes, coordinate with external lawyers, and oversee case progress and resolution

Who this role is for

•

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a reputed institution; LL.M. preferred

•

• 3–8 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in manufacturing, electronics, or technology sectors

•

• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, labor, and intellectual property laws

•

• Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and litigation management

•

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

•

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
