Responsibilities

Design and develop high-quality instructional materials, including e-learning courses, training programs, and other educational resources.Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and develop content that meets those objectives.Create storyboards and prototypes to visualize the learning experience and ensure alignment with project goals.Develop and maintain knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and industry trends.Work closely with the project team to ensure timely and effective delivery of instructional materials.Conduct needs analysis and assessments to identify learning gaps and develop targeted solutions.Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in instructional design.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.0-5 years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on e-learning and training development.Expertise in Articulate Storyline and other e-learning authoring tools.Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.Excellent communication and project management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
