Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:

Plan and manage employee transport schedules, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.

Monitor and supervise the performance of drivers and transport staff.

Coordinate with transport vendors for vehicle maintenance and service agreements.

Suggest and implement cost effective measures in transport operations.

Handle employee inquiries and resolve transport-related issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ensure adherence to company guidelines and policies.

Prepare regular reports on transport operations, expenses, and incidents.

Must Have Skill

Should have experience in employee transportation management.
