Power Platform Support Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Support Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in SharePoint Online, OneDrive Administration, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Admin, Azure AD, and L3 Troubleshooting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving complex issues related to Power Platform and Microsoft 365 services.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and resolve complex issues related to Power Platform and Microsoft 365 services
- Administer and manage SharePoint Online and OneDrive environments
- Manage site collections and permissions in SharePoint Online
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues related to Power Platform and Microsoft 365 services
- Implement and manage ITIL processes to ensure efficient incident and problem management
- Collaborate with the global IT operations team to resolve complex issues and implement best practices
- Provide Level 3 (L3) troubleshooting and support for Power Platform and Microsoft 365 services
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in IT operations, preferably in a global IT operations environment
- Strong experience in SharePoint Online, OneDrive Administration, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Admin, and Azure AD
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with experience in L3 troubleshooting
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies
- Experience in managing site collections and permissions in SharePoint Online
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
