The role
This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join GoCardless in our London office as an Engineering Manager. In this role you will:
- Lead talented and creative engineers in the Growth Group to build features and experiments to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Work closely with Product Managers and Product Designers to translate growth goals into actionable technical roadmaps
- Partner with Growth Marketing to define and execute growth initiatives
- Push for exceptionally high-quality engineering work whilst moving at a fast pace
