As a Founder's Office Associate at an early-stage startup in the personal care segment based in Noida, you will have a unique opportunity to work closely with the founding team and play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and success of the brand in India's fast-growing personal care market. Your role will involve owning strategic initiatives, driving execution, and solving ambiguous problems across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with founders on strategy, planning, and execution across different business functions
- Lead projects ranging from 0-1 to 1-10, including product launches, go-to-market strategies, and exploring new product categories
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and gather consumer insights to drive informed decision-making
- Develop and maintain business dashboards, financial models, and performance tracking systems
- Work closely with product, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless coordination
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve high-impact problems
- Assist in investor communication, fundraising materials, and reporting as needed
Qualifications Required:
- MBA graduate from a top-tier institute (IIM preferred)
- 0-3 years of experience in consulting, startups, FMCG, or high-growth environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and structured thinking ability
- Demonstrated high ownership mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel/Sheets, basic financial modeling; familiarity with SQL is a plus
