Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain regulatory reporting solutions using the Axiom SL ControllerView platform. The role involves end-to-end development of modules, UI configuration, data modeling, report generation, and ensuring compliance with global regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure modules, forms, dashboards, and workflows in AxiomSL ControllerView.
• Build and customize UI screens for internal and external reporting needs.
• Create and manage data sources, datasets, portfolios, and business rules.
• Design, generate, and validate regulatory reports ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction and processing.
• Troubleshoot system issues, production jobs, and batch processes efficiently.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and compliance teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and ensure the integrity of reporting outputs.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and process workflows.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities including UAT.

Required Skills / Must-Have:

• Hands-on experience with AxiomSL / ControllerView development and configuration.
• Experience with UI configuration and customization within AxiomSL.
• Strong SQL and database knowledge (Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server).
• Experience with Angular for UI development or integration.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, or similar.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in banking, financial services, or regulatory reporting environments.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data integration, and large-scale financial datasets.
• Familiarity with risk management and capital adequacy reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or equivalent experience.
