Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer (.NET)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with strong .NET development skills to support and enhance enterprise CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in Microsoft/Infosys environments and a solid understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and customization

This is a remote role , open only to Citizens .

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 applications. Develop and integrate CRM solutions using .NET, C#, and Web APIs . Customize workflows, plugins, forms, and business rules. Integrate Dynamics CRM with internal and external systems. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues. Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements. Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices and security standards. Provide documentation and technical support as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 . Solid hands-on experience with .NET / C# development . Experience developing plugins, workflows, and custom extensions. Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus. Experience working in enterprise environments (Infosys/Microsoft preferred) . Strong understanding of REST APIs and system integrations. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Must be a Citizen .

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Dynamics certifications. Experience with Azure services. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology. Prior experience supporting large-scale CRM implementations.
