YOUR CONTRIBUTION MAKES A POSITIVE IMPACT You will be part of a team responsible for the IT infrastructure. Your main responsibilities include: Ensure the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure supporting internal applications (hardware, storage, backups, etc.). Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of systems, servers, and networks. Design, maintain, and keep technical documentation for network and system environments up to date. Act as a subject‑matter expert and provide advanced technical support to IT technicians. Perform backups (Veeam) and restore configurations of network equipment. Keep operating systems and software up to date, including the integration of upgrades and security patches. Verify the status of server backups on a daily basis and resolve any detected issues. Ensure the security of networks, servers, and data (incident prevention, detection, and mitigation). Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT operations, monitoring, and environment resiliency. Be available on a rotating basis for after‑hours support and production deployments. THE SKILLS THAT WILL MAKE YOU A KEY MEMBER OF THE TEAM College diploma or university degree in computer science or a related field. Minimum of 4–5 years of experience as a systems and/or network administrator. Strong experience in the configuration, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of network and server infrastructures. Experience with server virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V, Nutanix). Advanced expertise in: Windows Server Entra / Active Directory PowerShell SSO GPO Azure Local Experience with hyperconverged infrastructures, Nimble storage networks (iSCSI SAN), and cloud environments, including M365 and Azure.
